Ethos and Culture
While working together at all levels, we also work to retain and develop the character and ethos of individual schools; we value these over generic branding. Both Trust Board and Local Governing Bodies play a crucial role in maintaining and developing the unique and positive cultures of our individual schools. Effective policies and practice are developed at Trust level with leaders and staff from both schools working together. Where we believe that policy and practice need to differ at school level – to reflect our schools’ different cultures and communities - then the Trust and schools support and collaborate with one another to deliver what is best for the pupils of each individual school.
